Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped within 24 hrs of placing your order via the ship method you select during checkout. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
Eureka Skate Shop (ESS) customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to ESS.
ESS will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 1-707-407-8004 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork needed for the return.

ESS will not be obligated to accept any returns submitted more than 30 days after initial shipment of product(s) to customer, excluding returns of defective items. RA #'s have a validity period of 15 days from the date of issue.
Non-defective merchandise returned to ESS for any reason other than an incorrect shipment of product(s) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product(s) must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of the original shipping date. Any returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
