You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.
Limited Right to Use:The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).
Payments: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
RETURN POLICY: Eureka Skate Shop (ESS) customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to ESS. ESS will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 1-707-845-9368 or email us at email@example.com. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork needed for the return.

ESS will not be obligated to accept any returns submitted more than 30 days after initial shipment of product(s) to customer, excluding returns of defective items. RA #'s have a validity period of 15 days from the date of issue.
Non-defective merchandise returned to ESS for any reason other than an incorrect shipment of product(s) will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product(s) must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of the original shipping date. Any returned items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
